I mentor and supervise emerging professionals, serve in board and executive capacities across organizations focused on cybersecurity, technology education and entrepreneurship, and actively invest in creating the kinds of access I wished had existed earlier.

The Journey

I started at a bank teller window. Ten years later, I'd moved through client relations, account management, and operations leadership inside regulated financial institutions — and learned, firsthand, the difference between a business that holds up under scrutiny and one that doesn't. That's the foundation everything I do now, as an Enterprise Risk & Business Operations Consultant, is built on.

When I founded TruVigil,I wasn't starting a business. I was directing everything I had learned toward the organizations that needed it most. The ones building something real, moving fast, and running without the operational foundation that everything else depends on.

VONE Academy followed because the knowledge gap in governance and cybersecurity isn't just a business problem. It's an access problem, and access has always mattered to me.
