I work at the intersection of business operations, enterprise risk, governance, and responsible AI. My focus is helping organizations build the clarity, accountability, and operational structure needed to grow, deliver consistently, and remain prepared for greater scrutiny.

Beyond my advisory work, I mentor emerging professionals, contribute in board and organizational leadership capacities, and support initiatives focused on technology education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and responsible innovation. I am especially committed to expanding access to the knowledge, relationships, and practical guidance that help people and organizations move forward.

The Journey

I began my career at a bank teller window. Over the next decade, I advanced through client relations, enterprise account management, and operations leadership within regulated financial institutions. That experience showed me firsthand what allows an organization to operate consistently, earn trust, manage risk, and hold up under scrutiny.

Today, that foundation shapes my work as an Enterprise Risk and Business Operations Consultant. I help leaders understand what is happening beneath the surface of their organizations and build the processes, governance, documentation, and workforce capability needed to move forward with confidence.

I founded TruVigil to bring practical, business-first operations, governance, and compliance support to growing organizations that need stronger internal structure but may not yet have the resources for a full internal advisory team.

Through TruVigil, I help leaders identify operational gaps, reduce preventable risk, strengthen accountability, improve workflows, adopt AI responsibly, and prepare their organizations for growth, funding, partnerships, larger clients, and increased scrutiny.

My work in education and workforce development grew from a related need: organizations and emerging professionals often encounter complex subjects such as cybersecurity, governance, risk, and responsible AI without practical pathways for understanding or applying them.

That insight continues to shape the workshops, curricula, facilitator resources, and learning experiences I develop for organizations seeking clear, relevant, and usable professional education.
